What information do we collect? How do we use it?

• When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, delivery address, This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.

• We also ask for your telephone number which enables us to contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. For some deliveries this number may be given to our couriers.

What forms of payment do we accept?

• We accept cheques or money orders denominated in Indian rupee or U.S. dollars and drawn on any bank. Bounced checks are sent directly to the collecting agency by our financial institution, for which we are not responsible. There are Charges also for a bounced check 

How long does it take to get my order delivered and what if I don't receive it?

• All orders are shipped as soon as possible (after payment is received) Insha'Allaah. If Orders shipped in the India will take about one to two weeks to be delivered (depending on which shipping method is used and where it's shipped to). If you don't receive it within two weeks, then email us at SALES and we will inquire about it.

I am not in the India, how will my order be shipped?

• It will be shipped via Surface Mail (4-6 weeks) unless you indicate otherwise.

What is the shipping & handling charge and how will my order be shipped?

• In out side India, shipping & handling charge is $4 plus 10% of the subtotal we will calculate overseas shipping & handling at the time of checkout, but this is only an estimate. [Additional for shipping and handling, any difference will be refunded Insha'Allaah.]
