MEMORANDUM ON AGA KHAN

This Memorandum consists about the micro-minority known as Ismailis the followers of Aga Khan. Its supreme pontiff is Prince Karim Aga Khan. His followers consider the Aga Khan as man god and an incarnation of Hazrat Ali (RD.) as well as the incarnation of Rasool Allaah (p.b.u.h.) This means that Aga Khan in his capacity, as Imaam is holder and bearer of Noor-e-Elahie and Noor-e-Hidayat. Brushing aside this blasphemous claim of Prince Karim Aga Khan and his followers; I solicit your kind attention to the facts that: Prince Karim Aga Khan along with his followers are engaged upon to carve out their own pro-Zionist, Ghali Shia Ismaili State in the North of Pakistan. This includes Northern Areas of NorthWest Frontier Province, Jammu and Kashmir. In the North of Pakistan this includes: Pul-i Khumri, Darr-i Kiyan, Badakshan, Pamirs, Certain areas of Tajikistan and other central Asian Muslim States.
 
 I have traced the historical background of the Aga Khans, from Aga Khan-I to Aga Khan IV each one of whom has always endeavoured to gain territorial control to establish their own State in the territories now included in Pakistan and the north of Pakistan.
 
 I have also traced the activities of Prince Karim Aga Khan-IV under the garb of various N.G.O's. Viz. Aga Khan Foundation, Aga Khan University Hospital, Aga Khan Education Services network, Health Services and Network of Health Units, Aga Khan Rural Support Programme and similar many other N.G.Os.

Financial Support to these programmes is in terms of Billions of Dollars donated to Aga Khan, by various Governments, International, pro-Zionist N.G.Os. an exhaustive list of which has been submitted     herewith under the caption of Financial Support. In addition to this many philanthropists have donated millions of Rupees locally from Pakistan.
 
 I have also submitted a very brief, abridged survey of doctrine of the Aga Khan Cult and its Cult  practices,  under the caption of  Aga Khan Ismaili Cult and Cabalistic Doctrine.
 
 In the light of all these facts and points, I earnestly request your honour to revise the Protocol and honours awarded to Prince Karim Aga Khan as a head of the State, while in fact he is a very doubtful personality acting antagonistically to interests of Islaam.

THIS MEMORANDUM HAS BEEN DEVISED FOR THE PURPOSE  OBJECT OF CARDINAL IMPORTANCE IN RELEVANCE TO :-

1) Creation of Israel-II, Agakhan Ismaili State in the Roof of the World, in the North of Pakistan,  including the certain northern areas of Pakistan. Certain area of: Central Asian Countries, Afghanistan and Jammu and Kashmir.

2) Ultimately to create inroads into the Islaamic Ideology by way of Ghali Batini Agakhan Ismaili Cult Beliefs and Practices.

3) To Protect, safeguard and preserve :-

(a) Geographical Frontiers of Pakistan.

(b) Ideological Frontiers of Islaam.

(c) Islamic Culture and Civilization.

All these are the victims of grave and critical dangers, precarious perils, alarming portentous hazards by the inimical and hostile forces, countries and communities, in alliance, connivance and collusion, whose method of approach, mode of operation, style and technique consist of fraud, deception, fabrication, maneuvers, dirty treachery, crooked trickery, conspiracy, machination and evil motives.

The Question: -
Is Pakistan drifting towards Ghali Ismaili Agakhan Cult Ideology and carve out a State on the lines of Israel?? Study this memorandum and be a Judge yourself.

I N T R O D U C T I O N

 When a Nation becomes the victim of conspiracies with well prepared parameters, coolly calculated strategies, efficient planning, meticulous fabrications; the collusion and connivance of the forces, persons, communities and nations, who are in depth inimical and hostile to the very existence of Islam and Muslims. These forces in common are highly enthusiastic, alert and zealous to strike, assault and attack by way of external invasion and internal subversion; to create catastrophes and devastation in these targets. Precisely this is the most opportune moment to think and ponder by the loyal, patriotic and dedicated Muslims.

Muslims at this moment is in the tight grip and clutches of a situation, where ominous dark clouds are hovering all over Islamic World as a whole. The devastating storm of gloom and panic is gathering strength and potency day by day. Inimical forces, external and internal are in red alert to attack and invade the Ideological and Geographical Frontiers with the sole and only aim leading to the total annihilation
and total destruction.

Every loyal, patriotic and dedicated Muslim Citizen in particular and Muslim Ummah at large, shall have to be extra-vigilant in relation to the connivance of the enemies, their nefarious designs, conspiracies and
subversive activities.

The only way out is to get prepared for a long drawn out Jihad to defend Islam, to save Muslim Ummah, to salvage Islamic Culture, Islamic Civilization and Islamic Ideology. In pursuance of the commands of Allah the Al-Mighty, RasoolAllah (p.b.u.h.) carried out the long drawn out Jihad for the period of twenty-three years. RasoolAllah (p.b.u.h.)
conducted this Jihad diligently, meticulously, honestly, and valiantly. During these twenty-three years, RasoolAllah (p.b.u.h.) perfected the methods of strike, assault and invasion on all the evil forces inimical to Islaam.

This is the only glittering and glorious lighthouse for all of us, for all the times to come. This Jihad is compulsory and is applicable to each and every Muslim of the Ummah. This is the only one and unique Jihad, which is infallible, and the perfect one. As per promise of Allah the All Mighty, is the only way to success in both the worlds resulting into the eternal joy and salvation.

 All of us must identify, understand, study, research, analyze and work out these mischievous and malevolent aims and objectives. These evil designs are well fabricated and planned. These subversive conspiracies are devised by the quasi-religious, quasi-political micro-minorities, loyal to their alien external masters. These micro-minorities, in league,
connivance and collusion, strive to gain political control by means of external support and internal mischief, subversion and sabotage. Such Micro-Minorities can never achieve their ends through normal Political Process and Electoral Procedure, therefore, only way open to them is conspiracy and subversion.

 This memorandum studies, enlightens and illuminates the involvement of a minority, to be specific, a micro-minority. Its ominous design is to carve out a pro-Israel, pro-Zionist, / Israel-2, state in the north of Pakistan including the vast areas of: - (i) N.W.F.P., (2) Northern Afghanistan, and adjoining areas of Central Asian Countries, (3) certain areas of the state of Kashmir and Jammu.

To pin point, this Micro-Minority consists of Aga Khan-IV and his followers, Agakhani Ismailis. In the annals of the history many secret societies and subversive movements had flourished but there is no parallel example in the history of the World in relation to this unique and evil Ismaili Ghali Batini Shiite movement.

 The present leader of this cult, this notorious, secret and rebellious movement is so called "IMAM-e-ZAMAN H.H. the PRINCE KARIM AGA KHAN-I.  IN THE EAST HE IS PIOUS IMAM. IN THE WEST HE IS THE FAMOUS WEALTHY PLAYBOY, WHO TAKES DEEP INTEREST IN THE HORSE RACING, SOCIETY BEAUTIES. HE IS OWNER OF THE VARIOUS CHAINS OF FIVE STAR HOTELS WHEREAT ALL THE ITEMS FORBIDDEN BY ISLAM VIZ. WINE, SWINE, GAMBLING, SEX, &C. ARE SERVED METICULOUSLY AND PROFITABLY UNDER THE ABLE, DIVINE AND DIRECT
PATRONAGE OF THIS IMAM - i HAZAR THE AGAKHAN.
 
 HISTORICAL - BACKGROUND. QARAMATIANS : The historical details of this multipurpose, multifactorial and wide spread conspiracies is not possible in a memorandum like this, therefore, I am constrained to limit this discussion to a bare skeletal outline.

QARAMATIANS: The Qaramatis, the forerunners of Fatimid Ismailis are
known in the annals of history as the most dangerous and extremely harmful sect. Its revolts and nefarious activities led to bloodshed of 20000, twenty thousand Hujjaj by the hands of these Qaramatis within the sacred premises, of BAITULLAH. They carried away the sacred stone HAJR-E-ASWAD AND KEPT THE SAME IN YAMAN for a period of twenty-two years. The Sectarian Cult Doctrine consisted of abandonment of Shariat-i-Islam. The other tenet of this Cult Doctrine was Universal Brotherhood where in all the properties, including women were considered as the common property of all the men folk.

To substantiate this contention, I am quoting a few historical evidences: -

".....of special interest is the repeated assertion of the identity of Mazdakism and Caramathianism, and the statement that atheism, communism and liberalism was general in Bahrain...."

".....Hamadan Qaramat ordered the Daees (missionaries) to collect all the women one night, so that they might mix indiscriminately with all men. For this, he said, 'was the perfection and the last degree of friendship and brotherhood'..."

Quotation (3): -
"....under the year 317 (Hijri) Thabit gives a brief account of the Caramathian attack on Mecca and the capyrus of Black Stone. " when this reached the Mahdi Abu (!) 'Ubaidallah al-'Alwi al-Fatimi in Ifriqia, he wrote to Abu Tahir reproaching him for his action, and saying, ' you have marked down for us a black spot in history, which you will not erase, and which passing of days will not erase .... you have on our dynasty, our sect (Shi'a) and our Dai's the name of unbelief and Zandaqa and heresy by your shameful deeds' "The letter concluded by
ordering Abu-Tahir to return the stone." (Hajr-e-Aswad)."

Quotation (4) :-
"....Ibn-e-Hawkal also describes the various tax and tolls by which the Caramathian state raised its revenues, and the distribution of funds among the Iqdaniya, after the deduction of one-fifth for the Imam. The revenues he says, exceeded one million Dinars......"

Quotation (5) :-
" I have elsewhere shown that the Qaramatis were a branch of the Isma'ilis, and that the allegorical doctrine was established in their midst with all its consequences. Whence the insurrection against authority, the pillage of the pilgrim caravans, the desecration of the places sacred to Islam, the profanation of Mecca, the removal of the black stone, etc. The Nusayris, who exist even to day in the mountains of Lebanon are, to all appearance a branch of the Qaramati faction. The
Fatimids or Batinis of Egypt consider themselves as Isma'ilis. Their was first founded in Africa, around of the end of the third century of Hegira, by a da'i of the Qaramatis. ....)" .... " But although they outwardly acted in conformance with the doctrine and customs accepted by the common Muslims and founded on the letter of the Koran and on tradition, they nevertheless preserved and secretly propagated their
allegorical doctrine. .... meeting of the sect were regularly held once or twice a week in the palace of the caliphs. The sect propagated itself through the admission of new initiates, men and women. at each meeting, mystical instructions, called the lectures of Wisdom, majalis al-hikma, were read; these were specifically composed for the purpose, read and approved at the special reunions of the da' is, which also took place in the palace, and then submitted to the caliph for his approval. All these practices belonged to the sect of the Isma'ilis and that of
the Qaramitis. Besides, various facts conclusively prove that the Qaramatis and Fatimids, who stemmed from a common origin, had the same doctrine and the same philosophical aims, and actually formed one and the same sect, though divided by political interests.

 Agakhani Ismailis at present claim that there is no link between Ismailis and  Qaramatis. Unfortunately for them this link has been convincingly established by the historical facts based on  irrefutable historical evidence. All the established and famous historians of the era present or past have recorded these facts. For interesting details please refer to The Origins of Isma'ilism by Bernard Lewis and Tarikh-e-Fatimin-e- Misr by Dr. Zahid Ali,  Silvestre de Sacy in his 'Memoir on the Dynasty of the Assassins, and on the Etymology of their Name'. 
 
HISTORICAL BACKGROUND THE FATIMID CALIPHS  OF MISR (Egypt)

 Isma’Ili Fatimid Caliphs invented or devised altogether a new religious cult. This Cult is based on mutilated Jewish and Christian Scriptures  intertwined with Greek and Indian Philosophies. It is interpolated with the Doctrinal Tenet of Hulool of Allaah in to the body of Imaam, and, by way of this doctrine IMAAM is the INCARNATION  of ALLAAH in the form of bones and flesh of Imaam. This misinterpretation, misconception and aberration correlated with these doctrines, devised the System of Taw'il. This means that Imaam or his agents favoured with Tae'ed only can interpret the inner, the hidden, the Batini, the esoteric meaning of Qur'ân. This ridicules the Qur'ân. and depicts the Qur'ân as absurd and ludicrous. This means any Muslim reading and understanding Qur'ân is a non-sense, and the only effective and real meaning is from the imaam or his collaborators. This means the RasoolAllah, on whom Allaah had revealed the Qur'ân did not know the hidden meaning. Whatever the Messenger taught to the Ummat al-Muslim was false. Can there be a greater blasphemy in regard to Allaah and His messenger?

This shrewd, cunning, and ingenious craftiness, distortion, mutilation and twisting was and is the method, technique and approach of the Ismailis. The sole purpose and objective is destruction and demolition, annihilation and extinction, ruin and plunder, disintegration and extermination of the Islaamic Ideology, the Islaamic Culture, and the Islaamic Civilisation. Their purpose is to destroy every thing  that is in opposition to their malevolent objectives to gain control over men, material and countries.

The Druz in Lebanon originate from the Fatimid Caliph Hakim Amrillah, and in pursuance of the messianic concept still await his reappearance. The nine degrees developed in this period of Fatimids have close similarity with the various Zionist freemason degrees. Agakhan were and are in close relations with international Zionism and Israel. 

HISTORICAL  BACK  GROUND. A S S A S S I N S.

Prince Karim Agakhan, claims as the Imaam of Shia Imaami Isma'ili Sect, represents him self as the direct descendent of the Shia Imaami Isma'ili Cult of the Nizari Branch through the Assassins of Alamut. Agakhan claims that he is the direct descendant of the Fourth Grand Master of the Assassin Alamut Cult, who is considered by him as the twenty third Imaam, Agakhan being the Forty Ninth one.

WHO WERE ASSASSINS? THE MEANING OF ASSASSINS IS MURDERERS? Instead of presenting our contentions, better acquaintance can be gained from following quotations from the standard works of history :-

And it took place in the historical fact...... how this man Sabah came by his uncanny power and how his devotees struck terror into the hearts of the men from Caspian to Egypt is one of the most extra ordinary of all tales of Secret Societies...."

 These Assassins, the predecessors of the Agakhan, assassinated  thousands of worthy and learned Muslims in field of Politics, Religion and Military. Sultan Salahuddin Ayubi, the hero of Crusades, was a victim of multiple murderous assaults by this gang. It is interesting to learn that this worthy son of Islaam was the hero in the wars against Christian Crusaders and the Fatimid Ismailis had sided with and supported the Christian Crusaders.
 
In the field of religion of this Cult of Assassins, an episode is narrated in brief as under :-

"..... On the seventeenth day of the month of Ramdhan of the year 559, (H). 8th. August 1164, Imaam Hasan Zikris Salam announced FREEDOM FROM SHARIAT-E-ISLAM, the holy law and code of Islaam for the Ummat-e-Muslima. All were seated with the IMAAM IN FRONT and the direction of QIBLAH AT THE BACK. This Hasan-II announced  that he has granted freedom from the Clutches of Shariat and  invited  all the present to break the Obligatory Fast of Ramdhan, Hasan the Imam joined with all the present in a banquet. They ate, drank. and made merry till late in the night...."

I have aquatinted all of you concealed implications and connotations of Shariat and Qayamat. From you, those who do not recognise us, I tell them in open / clear words that I am Imam-e- Zaman. Zamana is ready to tender obedience.""

Note: Shariat is Code or Constitutional Law. Allaah the All Mighty has imposed this Law or Code the humanity. This Law is the Qur'ân and the practical application of which is the life of twenty-three years of the Prophet of Islaam to whom the Qur'ân was revealed. This Code or Law is Divine, therefore, it is eternal and beyond any human amendment. It is the consensus of the Ulema (learned) of Islam that any one who amends this Law does not remain within the fold of Islaam. He or she is liable for the capital punishment.
 
HISTORICAL BACK GROUND.

A  G  A  K  H  A  N  S.

Agakhans, the successors of the Assassins are proud of their origin from Qaramatis, Fatimids, and Assassins, a brief survey of which you have just observed in the previous pages. These Agakhans are four in number so far the Ismaili Imams are concerned.

AGAKHAN - I. Aga Hasan Ali Shah: It is erroneously believed  or so presented to the public that Agakhan is a title bestowed by the then Shah Fateh Ali of Iran.

Quotation :-
  "..... he was known by the pet name of Aga Khan.....which he
adopted as his hereditary title" Reference:- The Aga Khans by Willi Frischaauer, a Bodley Head Publication, London.

 The Agakhan I, can be studied in two Periods 
(i) Persian phase and 
(ii) Sub-continental i.e. Indo- Pakistan phase. In bare out
line these two phases are :-

PHASE (i) :-
This period is the period of rebellious activities in collusion,
and connivance with the then British Empire. Shah Fateh Ali
the king of Persia died in 1834. Succession feuds took place.
Mirza Muhammad Shah succeeded. The British had given to
him Pound 30,000/-and British troops had helped to defeat
his enemies in a crucial battle that ensured the succession.
Unfortunately for the British this Mirza Muhammad Shah
became an ardent enemy of British and of the Agakhan I who
were in collusion and Intrigues.

 The British Agents instigated Agakhan-I to raise the standard
of revolt. Initially he had some success but finally was defeated and was hounded out of Persia. He reached Girlish in 1841 where there was British garrison. Persians and Russians had always seen the British hand behind Agakhan, Agakhan was well received by the British allies viz. Major Henry Rawlison the British Political agent at Kandhar, and by William Macnaghten, the British minister and envoy at Kabul. Agakhan was accommodated and monthly allowance of Rupees 2000/- was sanctioned for him. These British Military and political dignitaries, who were at war with the valiant Afghans, sanctioned Rs.25 per head per horseman. Agakhan fought always with the British army against the Afghans. In the later half of the year 1842 British and in the line Agakhan also had to leave Afghanistan and reached Quetta on 5, October,1842.

Deep collusion and connivance of the British and the Agakhan I, is evident out of these Episodes :-

Episode (1) :-
British was facing grave resistance by the rebels. Major Rawlison and Agakhan in collusion worked out an intrigue. Rawlison explained to Aga the importance of certain forged letters in the Name of Shuja the then King of Afghanistan. Rawlison wanted the Agakhan to forge some letters with King Shuja's signature. Letters were to be sealed and addressed to Rawlison clearly indicating how close King Shuja was to the British. Then dispatch of these letters was so arranged that these letters fell into the hands of the rebel. The purpose behind was to put a wedge between King Shuja and the rebels. Agakhan as the most obedient servant of the British did this. Unfortunately for them the result was nil, but history properly recorded this crime of forgery by this man-god, the Imaam.

Episode (2) :-
General Nott the Commander of British forces in Afghanistan,
after receiving reinforcement under the command of General
England engaged the rebels. Agakhan along with Major
Rawlison was in charge of a cavalry force to charge the rebels,
the valiant freedom fighters. Gen. Nott had also made a
reference about the gallantry showed by the Agakhan I.

PHASE  (2) :-
 In December 1842 Agakhan reached Sindh. Aga met the Ameers of Sindh who were at war with the British. In January 1843, Agakhan I, met Charles Napier, the Commander of British forces at war with the Ameers of Sindh, and offered his services. These services consist of 
(i) Espionage for British against the valiant freedom fighters of Sindh. 
(ii) To protect British Interests in Sindh, 
(iii) and to fight against the Ameers where and when required by the British. This is evident in these episodes that took place in that period. :-

Episode  (Sindh) (1) :-
 Major James Outram was the political agent in Sindh stationed at Hyderabad. He had collected certain evidences against the Ameers. On this basis Napier proposed Military Action against these Ameers. Napier proposed a treaty with most stringent condition. The Ameers collected themselves in grand Durban. Aga also attended. The opinions were divided. Certain Ameers refused to yield and  Came out of the fort of Hyderabad and pitched the tents. Their intention was first to remove Maj. Outram and then to proceed to Napier for the final war. Agakhan came to know this. He immediately approached Maj. Outram and informed him about the morning attack. This episode provides the required casus belli. In February 1843 battle of Miani took place, Agakhan and his cavalry fought by the side of the British. Ameers were defeated and the Sindh lost its freedom and fell in the clutches of British Slavery. Pound 70,000/- was the share of
the booty for Napier. 
Note: Can there be a greater treachery against Sindh?

Episode  (Sindh) (2): -
The Jherruk incidence :- One Ameer Sher Muhammad had escaped the onslaught of Napier. He discovered the treachery of the Agakhan, and decided to attack the Agakhan settled at Jherruk. Richard Burton, a lieutenant of the Bombay army in his
correspondence with John Bull Writes: - " Some weeks Agha
spent in his new kingdom, leading a life after Sancho Panza's
own heart; perhaps exceeding in the drinking and love making
lines. The Belochies.... had threatened to attack.... Agha
laughed at their beards. Were they not hogs of Sunnies? Had
he not dishonoured all their mothers? And had he not done
the strangest possible things to their fathers' graves? Whose
dogs were they that should dare to face the death dealing
scimitar of the [Iroonee]....Sher Muhammad had found other
allies and they promised to deal with the Agha for his
espionage for the British and treachery with the Ameers of
Sindh. on 23, March, 1843, Agha was relaxing, ....drinking
cups and bottles were arranged in a line.... down came the
Belochies...500 in number.... dashed into the town, cut to
pieces every beardless man [at the times young Persians, like
young Turks, shaved their beards] they met, and although
they failed to secure the august person of the Agha, they did
not fail to appropriate the contents of his cellar and harem....
It was some weeks after he recovered his wives; and when he
did, he did not appreciate the value of the goods in question."
The attack proved that Aga Khan was coward."

An interesting portrayal of the Agakhan-I in a letter to Ellenborough by Charles Napier "He is a God, his income immense. He lets none of his sect kiss his hand under less
than twenty rupees, and he is the greatest rascal possible; that is a clever brave man but being a God makes a virtue out of any sin he likes to commit. I speak truly when saying that his followers do not and dare not refuse him any favour he asks, wives, daughters, slaves, money, houses, furniture, all are his...."

"Fighting Britain's battles, however gallantly, did not take the
Agakhan closer to recovering his Persian rights and property"
writes Willi Frischauer in The Agakhans. Relations between
Persia and Britain were normalised and cordial. The British
betrayed Agakhan. He was granted the Title of His Highness
and monthly stipend of Rs.1000/- enhanced to Rs.3000/- but
never allowed to return to Persia at the behest of Persian
authorities. On 21, August,1874, in the ending decade of Agakhan's life, in a letter to the Governor of Bombay, Sir Phillip Edmund Woodlouse, depicts that :-"........ I have fought and bled, sacrificed relatives, followers and property in furthering British interests... And I beg that permanent acknowledgement of my services has been secured to my family by the British Government...."
Note :- Agakhan begs for his pension to the British Government.!!

HISTORICAL  BACKGROUND. A G A K H A N  II.

AGAKHAN II.:- The period of Imamat of Agakhan II lasted only for four years. He was very fond of horse racing and hunting. Real power rested with his wife Servi Jahan Kajum known as Lady Ali Shah.  Lady Ali Shah was a very clever lady, her evil genius is evident out of this: -...."Aga Shah [Jungi Shah] and his son were murdered and word was put around that the culprits
were Fida'is, as fanatically devoted to the Agakhan those of
Alamut had been to the Old Man of the Mountain. *Lady Ali
Shah was said to be at the head of Motopunth, a secret Ismaili
society not unlike that of Hasan bin Sabbath’s. 'Assassins’*.
Aga Jangi Shah's murderers were arrested but when they were
found poisoned and dead in their cells before they could be
brought to trial, it was announced that they had committed
suicide.... Some said they had been murdered on the Agakhan's orders as they may not incriminate him....."

A very interesting  episode in the life of Aga Khan -II :-

Quotation :-
     ".........: hence, at a marriage ceremony, he is a dispenser of
blessing; and at a recent marriage, this son, who blessed the bride and bridegroom, displayed his vicious propensities by criminal intercourse with the affianced female who was a beautiful girl (aged 13), and thereby, through his brutishness
she was rendered unable to help herself, and was carried home
to her parents."

Quotation :-
 "........I inquired if he knew Aga Khan. His reply was ,--"Yes,
most certainly I do. and a worse man does not exist. He claims
to be an apostle, and asserts his right to deflower the bride is
a great pity such a wretch has not long since been hurled from
power," &c. &c., This was on Friday, the  9th, Sept.1864.

Agakhan III. - He had a very long period of Imaamat with many
interesting phases and episodes. Keeping in view of the brevity
required for this memorandum only three aspects have been
discussed :-

01. Agakhan III as a secret agent and his espionage services
for British Raj, including rebellious armed insurgencies within
the Ottoman Empire, the only Khilafat of Muslim Ummah.These armed insurgencies were financed and supported by Britain, for the British interests. These espionage services of Aga Khan III are directly co-related to the irreparable damage to all the Islaamic values, Islaamic Politics, Islaamic culture and civilisation including the Muslim Ummah.

02. Consistent struggle by Agakhan III, to acquire some territory in Indo-Pakistan sub-continent to establish his own
state.

03. Agakhan III, was party to the Conspiracy to establish the
Zionist State of Israel in collusion and collaboration with Zionist, American, British and Continental States and Organisations.

04. Agakhan III, in the identical footsteps of his grand father,
Agakhan I, masterminded intrigues more virulently. He dutifully served as the Secret Agent and successfully completed missions of espionage, armed rebellious insurgencies within the ottoman caliphate of Turk. It is regrettable that Aga Khan claims himself as the champion of Muslim cause but, acts incessantly and earnestly on the behest of the British, against the Islamic values, and interests of Muslim Ummah, which resulted into irreparable damage. The Britain and her Allies provided the necessary finance and support.

THE VARIOUS SECRET SERVICES :-
Lord Carson was Viceroy of India, war with Russia was feared
and that the British authorities found it difficult to obtain reliable information concerning Military Activities of Russia. Agakhan—III, on the behest of British Intelligence Agencies carried out this espionage mission for the British Raj with success. I submit certain quotations from the reliable sources:-
Quotation: -
 "....His Highness (Agakhan III), through his followers in Central Asia, obtained the wanted information. The information, says the Aga Khan, showed there was no fear of immediate attack by Russia...."

Out break of World War-I in 1914 British interest was in removing the Khedive, the Ruler of Egypt, who had hatred towards British and affinity for Germans. Agakhan III, settled the matter by threatening the Khediv of monstrous British Might and Force on one hand and with the temptation of annuity worth 30,000/- Pounds per year, for life, exempted from British Income Tax. This worked and Khediv abdicated in favour of British.
Note: - Muslim interests were sold out to British Raj through the agency of Aga Khan - III.
 
General Allenby's Intelligence Service was handicapped during
the World War-I whereat the British and the Turks were at war
and direct Military action had already taken place. Agakhan-III
faithfully fulfilled this gap successfully.

 "....This time his services were required behind the Turkish
lines in Mesopotamia and Persia. The Aga Khan used members
of his own family as sub-agents. Many Cousins were pressed
into his services and sent on missions, always delicate and
sometimes dangerous, to try and discover Turkish Plans.
There were no sudden and dramatic successes, but by virtue
of long and patient enquiries, sufficient items of information
were pieced together and handed over to General Allenby's
Intelligence's services...."

In reward of these secret services of Agakhan-III it was decided to grant the status of an Indian Ruling Prince for life and a salute of eleven guns.

 ".....During World War-I the secret works of the Agakhan had
caused various uprisings within the Turkish Empire. British
help had been given to the insurgents...."

 ".....Someone persuaded the Aga Khan-III and certain Amir
Ali, two Indian Sunni Muslims, to write a letter of protest on
behalf of the Moslems of India demanding that the dignity of
the Caliph be respected. This letter was sent to the
Constantinople press and published before it reached the
Government of Angora...... Mr. Armstrong's allegations are
more accurate. He quotes Mustafa Kemal as saying, 'He, the
Aga Khan is a special agent of the English'....... But the action
of the Aga Khan III, whether by accident or design, put an end
to the Caliphate..."

Note: - (I) The Imposture: -Aga Khan-III, calls himself Shia
Imaam and poses himself as Sunni Muslim. His espionage and
secret subversive activities were targeted on the Turkish Khilafat, which was the only centre of the Muslim Ummah.
This historical fact proves beyond any iota of doubt that Aga
Khan-III was an important party towards the destruction of
the Khilafat-e-Muslimah.
Note :-(ii) Later on both these Amir Ali and Aga Khan-III were
the members of the Privy Council. Amir Ali though holding such a dignified post was also an imposture as he was Shi'a and posed in this letter as Sunni Muslim. Note the link with theFreemason. The Aga Khan-III was very actively engaged in league with the Zionists for the destruction of the Muslim Khilafat for the establishment of the Zionist State of Israel. It is highly interesting to note that in 1909 a movement against the Turkish Khilafat was organised in the name and style of Young Turks Revolution. In this organisation majority members were from Doenmeh, the Young Zionist Organisation. Kamal Ata Turk was also a member of this organisation.

During 1923 Aga Khan-III as an Indian delegate under the

Empire were lost to the British and her allies.

the 11th Edition vol. 30 page 70) said 'His & Aga Khan's
immediate followers provided a solid phalanx of whole-hearted
support to Britain, which had a steadying influence in

goes on to refer to secret missions of great importance in
Egypt, Switzerland and elsewhere entrusted to His
Highness...."

forces on the North West Frontier Province were stolen. Arcos
House incident took place. Diplomatic relations between

was watching Afghanistan closely. The Aga Khan's own secret
service organisation had kept the British Authorities fully

Amanullah's Capital....."

exiled to Rome. The evidence of Aga Khan III's activities

A VICIOUS PLAN OF AGAKHAN III.

Quotation :-
 "..... The Empire of Persia and the Kingdom of Afghanistan
could honourably enter a Federation of which Delhi would be
the Centre.... The magnet would attract, as he went on, the
isolate and remote land of Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet. The
crown Colony of Ceylon naturally and historically belongs to
India..."

Note :-This Plan of the Aga Khan clearly shows the affinity to
the British in direct contrast and damage to the sovereignty of
Muslim and other Nations.

 Zionist interest projected the personality of Reza Shah Pehlvi,
who was just a door keeper of the British Legation in Tehran,
to such a grandeur that the King was dethroned and the
British in league with Zionists enthroned Reza Shah as King.
Unfortunately for the British, this Reza Shah joined Hands
with Hitler. Aga Khan III played a pivotal role. Reza Shah was
dethroned and his son was enthroned. As reward to this, Aga
Khan III was bestowed upon with the title of HIS ROYAL
HIGHNESS from the Last Shah of Iran.
  02. AGA KHAN III'S CONSISTENT STRUGGLE  TO
 GET TERRITORY  WITHIN
INDO-PAKISTAN SUB-CONTINENT
TO ESTABLISH HIS OWN STATE.

 Aga Khan III. had made multiple and consistent attempts to
carve out a territorial state in this Indo-Pakistan
sub-continent. The very first attempt took place in the year
1916 during the World War-I. The demand was made to
reward Aga's espionage services as a secret agent against the
Ottoman Empire, the Muslim Khilafat. He was granted the
entitlement and protocol applicable to the head of the first
class Indian Native State and salute of eleven guns but not the
territory.

 ".....on Monday, July 23rd,1934, Major-General Alfred Knox
asked the Secretary of State for India, what reply the
Government has given to the notification of the Aga Khan to
the Government of India of his desire to possess an estate in

communication was received from His Highness the Aga Khan

which he can rule. This request the British Government

Aga Khan had asked and had the request passed to Whitehall,

his own... the first Aga Khan, the 'Old man of the mountains'
as he was sometimes called, had rendered services to Sir

be granted the mandate in Syria to establish his own dynasty.

territory.

 "....In 1934 His highness was made a Privy Councillor, an

were inclined to regard it by way of  bring a consolation
prize....."

disastrous war, the Aga Khan was cogitating his own private
plans to acquire temporal power in India. For five years he was
preparing his case, and in October,1938, the Month of March,
he launched another attempt to make the future of his elder
son, and secure... Then, under date October 21st,1938, His
Highness sent a long Memorandum to the then Viceroy of
India, Lord Linlithgo, who died in 1952. Copies of the
Memorandum were sent to the Prime Minister of Great Britain
and to the Cabinet as a whole......"

which he did not ask 'any large amount of territory' but the
aim was to regularise a status 'as will give my heirs the
assured prospect of continuity in the tradition of attachment

Crown in India which was established by my grand father
nearly a century ago...."

Aga Khan had afforded to the British Government as their
secret agent, and he tells the Viceroy of the sources to which
he may turn to obtain official corroboration of his statements.

  "....The Aga Khan asserted that Sir George could testify that
what he wrote was indeed the intention of the Viceroy, Lord

authorities, and other views were held. I was informed that
although I possess the status of a Ruling Chief, the rights and
immunities of the status could not be afforded to me in the
absence of actual territorial sovereignty.... he so truly believed
and still believes that he had been wilfully frustrated'...."

Aga Khan wrote; 'This decision made the new dignity empty
one. Your Excellency will, I know, permit me to say that I felt,
and have never ceased to feel, aggrieved that the

and that the honour was a shadow with no substance behind
it.'..."

there could be no rights to the newly acquired status because
the Aga Khan did not possess territorial rights, territorial
rights that would have an effect, given to him extra-territorial

".....That the injustice of non-compliance with a definite
decision should be remedied from it being conceivable that
my heirs, if not myself, may be subjected to annoyance and
attack by possibly unfriendly local; governments in the future,
by way of penalising the loyalty of my House to the British

country where false evidences can be manufactured too
freely'....."

 "....'On obtaining exemption from Income Tax Assessment' he
wrote, 'I am ready to give an annual contribution to Indian
Defence expenditure, the equivalent of my existing liability, so
long as I remain in the enjoyment of a reasonable
approximation to my present resources.' The essence of the
matter is that this should be a free gift, not an extration.' This
was no doubt a very shrewd offer from a very shrewd man..."

 The Aga Khan was so frustrated that he preferred to be a
Persian subject rather than a British subject.
 ".....October 10th, 1949, Reuters's Correspondent at Tehran
stated that the Persian Cabinet had declared the Aga Khan to

(i)     THE SECOND FACE OF THE AGA KHAN III. :-

 “.... it had long been felt among the Ismaili community that it
would be desirable to possess a national home ...... a scrap of
earth of their own which all Ismailis, all over the world, could
call theirs in perpetuity, where they could practise all their
customs, establish their own laws, and (on the material side)
build up their own financial centres, with its own banks,
investment trusts, insurance schemes, and welfare and
provident arrangements. The idea of Territorial State made no
particular appeal to me; but in view of the strength of Ismaili
sentiment on the matter I made my approach to the
Government of India........I gave to Britain's war effort from
1939 onwards; every penny that I could save or raise in
London was invested in various war loans; and I know that
neither the Bank of England nor the Treasury was unaware of
the extent of such help as I was able to give......"

  Compare the two statements of the Aga Khan as in this
Memorandum and the other in the Memoirs, divergent facts
and reasons are exposed. The false-hood is evident. No wonder

02  AGA KHAN III WAS A PARTY TO THE CONSPIRACY TO
ESTABLISH THE ZIONIST STATE OF ISRAEL IN
CONNIVANCE AND COLLABORATION OF ZIONISTS of
BRITISH, AMERICAN AND CONTINENTAL ORIGIN.

Aga Khan III himself narrates this story of his relations and
connections with the Jews and Zionists, his persistent efforts
for the cause of the establishment of the State of Israel and
destroys the Muslim Khilafat, the Ottoman Empire. Vivid
description to this effect is available in his Autobiography
THE MEMOIRS OF AGAKHAN published by Cassel and
Company Limited, London.1954. pages 150 to152

Quotation: -
 "....Now Zionism, I may say in passing, was something of
which I had long and by no means unsympathetic experience.
My friend of early and strenuous days in Bombay, Professor
Haffkine, was a Zionist - as were many other brilliant talented
Russian Jews of his generation  who escaped into Western
Europe from the harsh and cruel conditions imposed upon
them by Tsarist Russia. Haffkine like many of the earlier
Zionist, hoped that some arrangement could be made with the
Turkish Sultan whereby peaceful Jewish settlement could be
progressively undertaken in the Holy Land..... As Haffkine
pronounced it, I though this sort of Zionism useful and
practical. ....it seemed to me worth putting before the Turkish
Authorities. there were, after all, precedents for population
resettlement of Muslim faith, but of purely European blood -
who were what is today the Kingdom of Jordan. Abdul Hamid
could well have done with the friendship and alliance of world
Jewry, and on the broader ground of principle, there is every
natural reason in common, to be close friends rather than the
bitter enemies which unfortunately for both sides the events
of the past thirty years or so have made them. In furtherance
of what was then a shared interest in Zionism, when I first
went to Paris in 1898, Haffkine gave me letters  of
introduction to a number of his Jewish friends including the
savant and the Rabbi Zadek Kahn, and through him I met the
famous Baron Edmond de Rothschild, Baron Edmond was a
princely benefactor of the early Zionist experiment; many of
the first settlements in Palestine were financed by him and
owned their ultimate prosperity to his general support and
interest. When I called on him I was introduced to his Two
sons, James, then an undergraduate in Cambridge, and
Maurice, a boy in the Uniform of a naval cadet. Baron Edmund
remained my friend until his death; and for well over fifty
years now both James Rothschild and Baron Maurice de
Rothschild have been good and close friends of mine.

 Rabbi Kahn prepared a statement of his and his friends' ideas
on Jewish settlement in Palestine. It was an elaborate plan for
colonisation on a scale and in a manner which would have
helped and strengthened Turkey; and one of its most logical
claims to consideration was that the Ottoman Empire was not
a national State but was a multinational and multiracial. With
the Rabbi's proposal I made my approaches to Abdul Hamid
through Munir Pasha, the Turkish Ambassador in Paris, and
through Izzet Bey, the Sultan's confidential secretary.
However, the scheme, good or bad as it may have been, was
turned downed by the Sultan, and I heard no more of it. I
must say its rejection has always seemed to me of Abdul
Hamid's greatest blunder..... Sir Gilbert Claton, T.E.Lawrence,
and many others so-called political officers who had served in
the Middle East had, I must say, from my own knowledge,
encouraged Arab Nationalism in and out of season, sometimes
openly and sometimes secretly, long before the fall of
Turkey....."

The discussion has been kept limited to Politics, Islamic
Ideological, Geographical Security, Establishment of Ismaili

the episodes of the following nature are not discussed viz.
(i) The Aga Khan-I used to tell that he has inseminated all the
800 strong cavalry that took asylum in Sindh. The question
naturally arises, how many of them were out of formal
wedlock of what number of wives and how many of them were
the result of the libertine, licentious lust?

(ii)    While performing the marriage ceremony by the Aga
Khan II, the demand of his right of deflowering the bride by
way of first insertions, before the marriage was consummated,
he did exercise this right and the thirteen years aged bride
was carried away in a profusely bleeding condition.

(iii) Affairs of Aga Khan III with Therresa Magliano, the Italian
Dancer Carron Yvette and his special liking for the teen aged
golf caddies. The birth of Prince Aly Khan, the son of Aga
Khan III and the father of present Karim Aga Khan, in the year
1911 and marriage of the Aga Khan III and Themes Magliano
took place in the year 1923.

(iv)   Innumerable affairs of Prince Ali-Khan beginning with

 THE SEPARATE ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT: - Since last fifteen
years there is demand to create a separate administrative unit
for the northern areas of Pakistan. The first high level
approach was undertaken by Aga Khan to the then President
General ZiaulHaq. Again a more attempt was in the first and
second Benazeer era. Thanks to Sardar A. Qaiyum; the former
President of Azad Kashmir that the formation of the separate
unit has been averted for the time being. These attempts by
Aga Khan and his followers expose their sinister designs. This
can be termed as the forerunner of the Aga Khan Ismaili State.
This is one of the areas of the proposed Aga Khan Ismaili
State. I hope, Government of Pakistan may not be a party to

Sadruddin Agakhan are presently considered as the governor
or chairman of this unit. To add fuel to the fire these names
are also considered for the Kashmir and Jammu problem in
form of Governor / President of the Kashmir and Jammu on
both sides of line of control as the third option.
 The creation of this separate administrative unit can have
worst type of negative impact on the problem of Kashmir and
Jammu.  Certain area of this proposed separate Administrative
Unit is under the suzerainty of the State of Kashmir and
Jammu. Pakistan has the mandate for the administration for a
certain time period. If this move is construed as the accession
of that disputed area to Pakistan, then the Indian action of
accession of the Kashmir and Jammu with India gets
justification. As a result Kashmir problem can have the worst
set back and irreversible damage. No advantage can accrue to
Pakistan. Beneficiaries are India, Aga Khan and his followers.
Moreover there are reports every now and then that Prince
Sadruddin Agakhan, Uncle f Agakhan - IV is tipped as the
president of the Jammu and Kashmir if the third option
comes into operation.

 The Central Asian Muslim States have recently gained
independence out of Russian Political Fiasco as a result of the
Afghan Jehad. These land locked countries have their own
problems many of them common to these states. viz..
 
(i) Language is one of the important problem as the language
of the newly independent Central Asian Muslim States have
no common lingua franca  with any of the recognised language
of other Muslim countries.

RUSSIA AND AGA KHANI ISMAILIES:
Aga Khan had secret contacts with Anti-Islamic elements and
agencies viz. International Zionism, USSR, India and UNO
through his uncle Prince Sadruddin Aga Khan. He had prior
information of Russo-Indian-Zionist conspiracy. This

Sadruddin Aga Khan was the Director General of United
Nations Refugees and Rehabilitation Commission at the time

this War viz. Russia, U.S.A. the Zionists and certain Western
countries achieved their target, on the pretext of
humanitarian help to these refugees. Under the patronage and
direct supervision of Sadruddin Aga Khan massive airlift took
place under the banner of Refugee aid. The Russian Planes in
innumerable flights unloaded at Calcutta airport heavy
military equipment for India who was at War with Pakistan.

Point-2:
Till 1960 Very few Ismailis were seeking services into our
Armed forces. Since then more and more followers of Aga
Khan are seeking recruitment in our Armed Forces. Now this
rate of recruitment has multiplied in high proportion in recent
years. The astonishing aspect of this recruitment is that more
and more Agakhani girls are seeking recruitment in the
various services of the Armed Forces, e.g. the nurses and
teachers educated and specially trained for the purpose. Is
this in perusal for their sinister design?

POINT 3 :-
More and more followers of Aga Khan are seeking recruitment
in the Civil services, Administrative services, Police services,
Customs services, Health services, Education Services, in the
Government of NWFP.  For e.g., Customs check-post at
Khunjrab on Sharia Resham is manned by the followers of
Agakhan to the extent of 95%.

POINT 4 :-
Heliports and Helicopters- Under the pretext of Health
Services and Air Ambulance service for the purpose of Health,
Aga Khan Foundation has acquired many Helicopters and have
constructed Heliports. Pilots with degrees in aeronautic
engineering or equivalent military experiences are recruited in
the Agakhan Foundation Services. Preference is given to
candidates with experience in flying BELL 212 or 412
Helicopters. One should wonder why Agakhan Foundation is
recruiting Pilots with Military experience and why the
Helicopters acquired are of Military type ?
The Engineers required for these Helicopters are given
preference if they have experience in Military Helicopter flying
and special VIP facilities are accorded to these Engineers and
Pilots in addition to very high salary. These Helicopters are
found to survey and Photograph and scan the Northern Areas
under the pretext of the search for tourist attraction but
ipso-facto this survey is for Military purposes. What is the
purpose and for whom this espionage type survey is
undertaken? In addition to this these helicopters are used as
additional facility in elections and VVIPs as political bribe.

POINT 5 :-
Espionage Patronised by Aga Khan foundation :-
The Agents for the espionage services originating from India
and Zionists are very active in the northern areas of Pakistan.
Most of these Agents are working under the garbs and mask of
the United Nations Social Services and United Nation
supported Non-Government Organisations (N.G.O.) e.g..
Agakhan Foundation.
As per Report of Urdu Daily Nawa-e-Waqt dated 09, December
1988, the following points demands special considerations: -
(A): Personalities involved in this espionage originate from
India and Israel.
(b) These Political personalities are protected under the
political diplomatic rules and ethics and are under political
immunity.
(c) Special Agents from United Nations are also involved.
(d) Aga Khan Foundation is involved in protecting these
espionage people, in the planning of espionage services with
ulterior motives to establish the Aga Khan Ismaili State in
these areas. This is the reason why; United Nations and many
Organisations of the United Nations, many N.G.Os of Zionist
origin and many Foundations of the Zionist origin are
providing finance to the Aga Khan Foundation in terms of
millions of Dollars.

Question naturally arises who are the sponsors of this
espionage service and what are their aims and objectives? Is it
for cutting off the Khunjrab link with China?  Is there a plan
to establish a buffer state between Pakistan and China? Is the
vicinity of Kahuta Nuclear project, one of the factors? To
spread a permanent espionage network in this
geo-politically-sensitive area?
All these activities are under the garb and mask of the NGO
Agakhan Foundation in co-operation with a score of other
organisations appointed directly by Aga Khan and all these
organisations are working under his direct control and
supervision.

Is it not the fact that all these steps taken by the Aga Khan
and his organisation, lead to only one conclusion that infra
structure for the pro-Israel Ghali Shia Agakhani Ismaili state
has been laid meticulously?

POINT 6 :-
Imam Karim Aga Khan, His brother Amin Aga Khan and the
followers of Prince Karim Aga Khan are taking very active
interest in spreading the Network of Four Star and Five Star
Hotels namely :-
The Chain of SERENA HOTELS.
The Chain of PEARL CONTINENTAL HOTELS.
The Chain of MARRIOT HOTELS.
The Chain of HOLIDAY INNS.
Previously a follower of Aga Khan, Mr. Sadruddin Gangjee,
also owned Hotel Sheraton. Unfortunately Sadruddin Gangjee
had to dispose off this Hotel as he was caught red handed in
Germany with a considerable amount of heroin. He was
convicted for the offence of possessing contraband heroin and
smuggling, is undergoing rigorous imprisonment in Germany.
Recently he is released after serving his term in jail. It is
interesting to note that the Serena Hotels are situated in the
vicinity of our Military Garrisons for e.g. the Serena Hotel of
Rawalpindi is in the vicinity of General Head Quarters (GHQ)!
For what purpose? And similar is the case of Serena in
Quetta.  Spreading this Chain of Hotels in the Remote Areas of
the NWFP is very difficult to understand. Especially when we
consider that the turn over of tourist is very poor in these
areas.  The Local Culture and Tradition of population of these
areas is entirely incompatible with the Culture of Four Star
Hotels of this type. Has the drug trade any relation with this?
Is there any sinister premeditation to spread obscenity and
gambling in these areas? Are these four star hotels hatching
grounds for the political conspiracies in this highly sensitive
geopolitical areas and that is too under divine protection of
the imam Agakhan?
Have we forgotten the intrigues and conspiracies hatched
against Pakistan by the Dacca Hotel Intercontinental Dacca in
the year 71-72?
A very big Hotel of Agakhan origin is operating in Urumchi the
Capital city of Sikkim (China) under the patronage of Aga
Khan. Agakhan pays secret visits to this hotel. Question
arises: for what purpose? Is it for espionage in China? Is this
type of secret visit is to plant a wedge China-Pak relations?
This is also a very sensitive geopolitical point.  Border conflict
with India and China take place very often at the Border of
Sikkim. Is there any possibility of hatching conspiracy against
China, India, State of Kashmir and Pakistan??

 POINT 7
PUBLICITY MEDIA: -
Aga Khan is taking deep interest in Third World Publicity
Media, particularly the Muslim Nations of the Third World. In
pursuance of this policy Aga Khan has established his own
NEWS AGENCY under the name and style of Compass. The
experienced journalists originating from Zionist News Agencies
namely Reuters have been recruited in this Agency.  From
Nairobi, East Africa, three dailies are published one of which is
in local African language. Controlling shares of Compass and
all the publication there under belong to Aga Khan. Aga Khan
has provided sizeable donation to Press Club, Karachi.  Aga
Khan claims that News from the Third World are not readily
available and therefore the main purpose of the Compass is to
collect information from Third World and to pass the same to
World News media. Such Agencies can spread the
pre-conceived and ill-conceived news with required
manipulation to promote their own dubious designs. Aga Khan
is also planning to bring out an English Daily in Pakistan.
In addition to this the various institutions of Aga Khan,
formulated under the Constitution imposed by Aga Khan,
bring out many News Bulletins in pursuance to the Aga Khan
Cult practices. In addition to this there are many publications
regarding information of various Aga Khan institutions. These
institutions are constituted under the Constitution
formulated and implemented unilaterally by the Aga Khan.
These sorts of Bulletins are circulated in plenty but secretly
amongst his followers and connected persons in the Aga Khan
Ismaili dominated areas of NWFP and else where.
The Advertising Policy of Aga Khan's Institutions and
Organisations is formulated under the patronage of the Aga
Khan. The advertisement policy formulated by Aga Khan and
his followers’ commercial and industrial organisations are
selectively directed. These advertisements carry high profile
cost and are provided to selected News media. All these
advertisements carry a precondition that no news regarding
Aga Khan, his institutions, his Cult set up and his followers
should ever be leaked to the Public without their express
permission. Literature specially worked out to destroy the
culture of the northern areas are circulated in northern areas
of Pakistan with the sinister design to lay properly infra
structure for creating his own state.

POINT 8.     W A K H A N:-
Wakhan is a long strip of Land extending to the north of
Afghanistan, bordering Pakistan on the east and the then
USSR in the West. This strip is a very sensitive Geo-political
point. USSR had annexed this Wakhan with her. USSR had
lost the war and had to vacate Afghanistan including Wakhan.
While vacating, USSR appointed Nadir Jafferi a disciple of Aga
Khan as the Governor of Wakhan province of Afghanistan. It is
interesting to note that at this time 96%, per cent population
of Wakhan consists of Ismaili followers of Aga Khan. Nadir
Jafferi hounded out the remaining four per cent Muslim
population from Wakhan.
Please note that the Territorial State for Aga Khan is gradually
crystallising day by day.

POINT 9.
A F G H A N I S T A N :-
The followers of Aga Khan are spread over in Baghlan,
Badakshan, Pul i-khumri and Northern Areas of Afghanistan
bordering with Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. Aga Khan claims
that he has three hundred thousands followers in this area.
This is a gross exaggeration. Total population of Ismaili
followers of Agakhan in Afghanistan is approximately Fifty
thousand.  During the Mujahideen War against USSR these
Ismailis under the leadership of Nadir Jaffri had supported
USSR, its Policies and the Military strategies. Mujahideen
supply lines are passing through the areas inhibited by these
followers of Aga Khan and they had created great trouble for
the Mujahideen by closing the routes of supply lines. These
Ismailis were also in Military Garrison spread around Kabul.
These Garrisons were deployed also for the protection of
Doctor Najib the then Russian stooge and puppet President of
Afghanistan. USSR had heavily armed all the Ismailis of this
area. USSR had many depots for arms and weapons in these
areas. When USSR vacated Afghanistan, most of these depots
of arms, heavy weapons and ammunition fell into the hands of
the followers of Aga Khan.  It is said that under the
instructions of higher authority all these weapons and arms
and ammunition have been distributed to the Ismailis of all
these areas where Ismaili population is sizeable, including
northern areas of Pakistan as specified in the Annexe-The
Geopolitical Situation, submitted herewith.
 

POINT 10.

Most of the Muslims as individual and Muslim nations
provided financial support for the Mujahideen of Afghanistan
for their War of Independence. It is interesting to note that
Aga Khan though, receiving Billions of Dollars in Financial Aid
to his NGOs never donated a single penny for the benefits and
the Holy War, the Jihad, of these Freedom Fighters.

POINT 11.

When USSR vacated Afghanistan United Nations formulated a
huge project involving millions of dollars for the
re-construction of War torn Afghanistan. Sadruddin Aga Khan
was nominated as the Chief Sponsor of this Aid on behalf of
UN. This appointment of Sadruddin Aga Khan was not
acceptable to the freedom fighters of Afghanistan. As a result
now nothing is heard of this massive multimillion dollars
project nor of Sadruddin Aga Khan any more. Mujahideen are
aware of the evil designs of the Aga Khan towards his efforts
to establish his own state in these areas.

Point 12
Gwadar and Highway from Gwadar to Central Asia: - Gwadar
and Makran coast has a very sensitive and strategic
Geo-Political importance. Majority population consist of the
followers of Agakhan. The followers of Agakhan hold Sixty
percent of the land, residential, agricultural. The finance for
the Fish export trade is also in the hands of the followers of
Agakhan. Recent leases of 300 acres of land to Oman in
addition to the large chunk of land of the rest house is very
suspicious because the land for the proposed fish harbour is
less than 200 acres and the town of Gwadar is on less than
100 acres. The Agakhan and his followers are well oriented
with the Zionism. Agakhan 3rd. was one of the pioneer in the
establishment of the state of Israel.  Oman is the only Gulf
State with political relations with Israel. Even the Prime
Minister of Israel has visited Oman during the period when
this deal of lease or sale was under consideration. It will be
interesting to workout how many shares are held by the
Zionist agent and so called moderate Muslims of the
formulated company to tackle this tricky situation. Presence
of Agakhan for a long visit to Pakistan during this period in
1994 is a very important point to consider. Why the press was
entirely eliminated while the discussion of high way
construction were held in the Agakhan University. This road
link is proposed from Gwader to Central Asian states. A
strategically sensitive part of this road passes through the
areas, which are populated by the followers of Agakhan.
Immediately after the visit of Pakistan, Agakhan visited the
Central Asian countries and Russia. During this visit it is said
that Aga Khan had concluded a deal for armaments. If we link
these factors viz. (a) Press was prohibited when Aga Khan
discussed the high way from Gwadar to Central Asian
Countries, with Pakistan Government officials at the Aga Khan
University. (b) Aga Khan visited the central Asian states and
Russia. This visit was for a month. (c) Followers of Aga Khan
have acquired Russian arms and ammunition. These arms and
ammunition were distributed amongst his followers in
Gorno-Badakshan, northern Afghanistan and Pamirs. All these
factors leads to only one conclusion that Agakhan is highly
active to establish his own Ghali Shia Ismaili State under the
patronage of international Zionism in league with other
anti-Islamic powers and organisations under the garb of social
services viz. health and education and rural uplift.

Point 13:
In Afghanistan Aga Khan and his followers have suffered
reverses recently. Darra Kiyan was the stronghold for
Agakhanis. Here there was a military training ground. >From
Kashmir to central Asia Agakhanis were coming here for
training in Military and martial arts. They were supplied arms
and ammunition after the conclusion of training. Kiyan had
natural protection from any military attack as there are very
high and rugged mountain range and very narrow road to
approach. It is unfortunate for Agakhanis, the area was
conquered by Taliban. Aga Khan, the man-god though, in
constant touch by satellite telephone with the ruler Nadris
could not help to save his followers from dubious defeat. It is
also said that Nadri beseechingly requested Aga Khan to halt
the advent of Taliban who were marching towards Kiyan. Aga
Khan promised to do something. Within a week America fired
scores of Cruise Missiles.

Point 14:
Recent Visit of Aga Khan in Tajikistan:
 After the loss of Kiyan visited Tajikistan for about ten days.
He declared massive aid to establish health and educational
institutions. Aga Khan left Tajikistan and within a week Tajik
opposition militant commander, Ahmed Shah Masud became
very active and was able to gain control over two strategic
towns. This is how supplying link between Tajikistan and
stronghold of Ahmed Shah Masud were Established. Is this
merely a coincidence or a sinister design?

Point 15

Exodus of Agakhanis from Afghanistan:
Two Exodus took place. The first one was seven years back
when Ahmed Shah Masud had captured Pul-i Khumri and
adjoining areas from Nadir Jaffery. About twenty thousand
persons came as refugees into Pakistan. Government of
Canada had contributed millions of dollars ($18.5m) for their
settlement. They were housed in the make shift camps in
various Agakhnis’ Residential Housing Societies. Then they
were shifted to Metropolitan Housing Society and into the
grounds of Aga Khan University grounds. Very few of them
were seen after a few years. It is a mystery where they have
disappeared. There are three assumptions: (a) they might have
returned to there homes in Afghanistan. This is highly
improbable. (b) They have been employed locally in Pakistan.
This is partly true. (c) These refugees were imparted some
education in English an immigrated into Canada and
Australia. This is probably more correct. Previously Eidi Amin
had hounded out Agakhanis from East Africa. They had
immigrated to Canada and Australia by the influential
endeavours of Aga Khan.
The second exodus:
 Taliban are controlling most of the Agakhanis dominated
areas in Afghanistan. Taliban have imposed the Shariat i-Islam
(the Law and Legal way of Islam). Mass exodus of Agakhanis
has taken place. About one hundred thousand Aga Khan
Ismailis have migrated into Pakistan. They are now housed in
various residential housing societies in makeshift camps.
These people are being trained various martial arts. They had
earlier know how about these arts. Theyhave military
experience also. More than 25000 of them are housed in
Karachi. Can these people be a law and order problem in
Karachi? \Is it possible that the murder of Maulana Akber Ali
Gulam Hussain, a dissident Ismaili, is a link to this episode?
In future there is every possibility that these Agakhanis
refugees can become a grave law and order problem for
Karachi.

grave damage to the Cause of Kashmir. It is an evident fact
that a very big portion of this administrative unit is part and
parcel of the State of Kashmir.
 Creation of such a Political Confusion and Instability is the
Principal  Weapon and Tool in the hands of the inimical forces
and in such troubled waters they fish for their targeted catch.

(B)  Economical  Stringency and Political Instability :-
  The  States and Communities out of which the Agakhani
Ismaili State is supposed to be carved out have their
Economies shattered.  The New Muslim Central Asian
Countries are suffering from the prongs  of separation of the
mother country and mother economy. Establishment of a
viable economy is most difficult uphill task. Economic and
financial crisis is the ordeal that is very difficult to overcome.
Kashmir, the flash point of the nuclear disaster for the World,
is at arms with the Usurping Country India. The state is
continuously under massive repression and the enemy
Military has imposed upon the Muslim Population, the death,
disaster, havoc, the barbarous heinous crimes for which the
world should be ashamed. Total military and economic
colonisation has taken place. The Northern Areas of the
Pakistan are traditionally kept very poor and backward.  The
Economy of Pakistan is in a very bad shape economical crisis
and collapse is imminent because of very heavy growth rate,

other western moneylenders.  There is  compulsion to
maintain a sizeable Army due to Indian animosity and Indian

   The Economic Weapon is the most potent, most powerful
and lethal Zionist Weapon in this war of economics. The Most
Modern War for Subjugation and Economic Colonisation in
the New World order / the Jew World order, is the Economic

Culture, Islamic Civilisation, Religious Doctrine and Ethics,
and to create chaos and confusion in the established norms.
The next stage is to penetrate under the banner of Social
Services and Development. The first stage, the required
infrastructure has been properly and efficiently laid down
under the banner of Social Services and Development
Programmes. Their entrusted Agent of these agencies, the
so-called modest or liberal Muslim, is implementing these:
Prince Karim Aga Khan. All the International Zionist Agencies
are providing the required Massive Financial Support. As a
result a buffer State in the form of Pro-Zionist Ghali Batini
Shia Agakhani State is taking shape in the areas enumerated
in geopolitical situation. This can result into severance of the
entire surface and other means of communications with the
helping and friendly Country China. The required
communications with the Central Asian Muslim states can
never be established. Pakistan can be isolated and compelled
to kneel down under the threat of war with India. Diversion of
all the rivers taking origin in this area can convert the whole
of Pakistan into a desert. We are totally  dependent on these
rivers, the canal net work system and net work attached to
these rivers; which is the lifeline for our economy, our power
projects, and our food for survival. This is the way to fulfil
their cherished dream to destroy Islam, to destroy civilisation
and culture of Islam, and to destroy Pakistan and our faith in
Islam.

 (D) CORRUPTION: - Pakistan has earned the distinction of
being one of the most corrupt country of Asia.

 (i) Administrative Corruption.
(ii) Moral Corruption.
(iii) To shake the confidence from the judicial set up.

(I) Administrative Corruption :-
 The inimical foreign organisations and agencies have played a
decisive role and have been able to plant corruption at all
levels. This corruption is so rampant through out Pakistan
that it has become a dictum in Pakistan all are corrupt from
lowly peon to the highest administrative position, and,
unfortunately this fact is so established amongst the mind of
people that the denial is impossible.  No corrupt country or
state can ever progress. The mission institutes like Education
and Health services are also the prey of this lethal venom for
this generation and the future generations. Yes, Pakistan is
now considered in the front line of the most corrupted
country of the World.

(II) Moral corruption :-
   All the character building factors and determinants are
being systematically eliminated and destroyed. Our
educational set up, both secular and religious, educational
institutions are allowed to degenerate systematically. At the
same time there is free hand for all the destructive agents and
elements which stand sponsored by the enemy agencies and
there is fuel to the fire that there is great patronage and
sponsorship even at the Government level at the expenses of
tax payers.

(E) Law and Order Situation:
One of the primary objectives of inimical elements is to create
chaos, and thereby to ruin and damage the confidence in the
administration. The success in this matter is astonishing. Let
me quote Professor Dr. Wasim Akhtar: “Law and Order
Agencies have become Law and Order breakers; robbing and
harassing the poor people of Pakistan. Take the example of
Karachi. Here killings, abduction for ransom, bhatha culture
of the various political parties, custodian killing, thefts,
robbery, Car snatching etc. are the common crimes. As a
result economic activities are at the lowest ebb, industries
have become unproductive, inflation is unprecedented, price
spiral is at astronomical height, people feel unsecured and
confidence from the administration is lost.”

(F) Loss of Faith and confidence from: -

(i) Administrative Organisation, and
(ii) Judiciary.

(i) Administrative Organisations: -
  The wide spread and rampant corruption at all level of the
National and Provincial administrations, whereat law
enforcing agencies have become law breaking agencies under
various successive Governments. This has resulted in total
loss of faith from the Governments at all levels. People are
scared off rather than consider these institutions as their
panacea for their agonies. The situation in Karachi is the
agonising and distressful example.

(iii)  Judiciary :-
 Various successive governments are meddling in the
appointments of the High Court, Supreme Court and Shariat
Court Judges. The media are playing the dubious role. This
has shaken confidence of the people. The attempt to dominate
the Judiciary for party purposes, for example PPP's
Jialafication, in words of Ardeshar Cowasji is “Emasculation
of Judiciary', has thrown the people into panic as the very
faint and a very remote hope surviving the British pattern of
our judiciary, has also been lost.”

(G) Media, Publicity, Press and Propaganda :-
 Ideally the aim and objective of the media publicity and
propaganda should be character building of the population and
the younger generation in particular. In an ideological Islamic
country like Pakistan, there should be positive emphasis on
Islamic teachings. Unfortunately in our country Pakistan, the
media, both electronic and press are controlled by some
mysterious hands. Its Islamic projection has been put in the
cold storage and the character of programs and other
publications appears entirely secular or only entertainment.
Occasionally very cheap entertainment is provided. Cartoons
and gossip has taken the place of Islamic teachings. The media
policy of  the Government has culminated into ruling party
propaganda and cheap entertainment leading the younger
generation to Klashinkof culture leading to total distraction
from their studies resulting into chaotic development of
character and the moral values stand sacrificed on the altar of
secularism.

Press and Publication: -
 There is similar sort of secular bias and that's too priced so
costly that it is out of reach of an average citizen. The press
publication suffers from step motherly treatment from the
Government. News print paper is taxed heavily. Islamic
publications are discouraged and the cheap publications
available in plenty. This situation culminates into irreversible
damage to the developing psyche of younger generation but
none is interested for the future of the citizens of tomorrow.
Our youth are geared to become apes to imitate Western
values through the mass media. It appears as if our nation
needs more Pop singers and dancers for the development of
our country.

Denial of Technology :-
   Technology, keeping aside the strategic technology, even
the industrial technology is denied to the countries of the
third World, particularly Muslim countries. If by way of
earnest labour some technology percolates into Pakistan or
any Muslim country, then, the whole of the Western World is
out to destroy it by their evil designs. Government is
compelled by the I.M.F., I.B.R.D. &c to tax the industry in
dozens of ways. Indigenous Industries  are discouraged by
these taxes, as a result our industrial products can not
compete the vested interests of the West and its allies. For
example the energy / power the backbone of the industry
should be available very cheap, but the situation is heavy
taxation of energy charges in the form of fuel adjustments
charges, additional fuel adjustment charges, various
surcharges and income tax deductions besides the frequent
breakdowns as bonus.

Nuclear and strategic Technology and Power Generation: -
 Every care and step were devised and implemented by the
Western World in Alliance with India to the effect that the
Nuclear Technology must never be allowed to any Muslim
Country including Pakistan. By the grace of Allah the
Almighty, Pakistan acquired the Nuclear Energy Technology.
The enemy countries, the international Zionist, the Western
World including America along with Zionist dominated
International Organisations are all out to destroy the
achievements of Pakistan in this field and in the field of
missile technology.
  All sorts of monetary, political and economic pressures and
sanctions are clamped on Pakistan in addition to underground
secret, subversive conspiracies to destroy our Nuclear
installations only because we are Muslims and Pakistan is a
Muslim majority Country. Identical situation exists in India
but for her there is all the support by these agencies. Zionist
nuclear program of Israel is of great capability. It has already
more than 200 nuclear war devices. Not only this mush, but
the role of the western countries supported by international
Zionist design is fuelling this fire. This step motherly
treatment meted to us only because of the fact that we have
committed a heinous crime that why we are Muslims?
 
Education and Health Systems, Institutions, with Alien
Domination: -
             The systems of Education in all fields, prevailing in
Pakistan is the British legacy of slavery. All the allocation
available to the Governments, both Provincial and Federal, go
to the institutions established by the British Masters. A very
meagre percentage is available for the educational institutions
established on the Islamic pattern. Not only that meagre
allocation is provided for these institutions but every step is
taken by the Governments to discourage these institutions
and the so called experts and people educated on the British /
Modern patterns are also equally critical, but, one should
never forget that these Islamic institutions are providing
education to the extent of seventy percent in the rural and
forty percent in the urban areas.
         This educational pattern was devised by Macaulay under
British Raj, for the convenience and requirements of
white-collar obedient servants necessary for administration
and for the purpose of cannon fodder. Unfortunately these
institutions are very few and corruption has led to deplorable
condition and the standard of education is falling day by day.
This deterioration does not appear to be incidental. There is
definite method in madness. The inimical elements have
successfully destroyed the standard as well as academic
climate in our educational institutions including the
Universities.
 The scenario in field of health is equally disgusting. More
than sixty percent of people are without any health cover on
modern lines. Educational institutions in the field of health
are very far and few, over crowded, and the turn out from
these institutions is very poor quality wise.
 This is the situation whereat the foreign inimical forces find
the most fertile ground for implementation of their
malevolent designs. These institutions viz. the Christian
Missionary education in form of education and health, and in
these footsteps is Agakhan's health and education net works.
 There were practically no Christians in Indo-Pakistan
subcontinent four hundred years ago. Their domination in the
fields of education and health under the patronage of the
Christian Missionaries has lead to millions of them in this
subcontinent and their number is multiplying day by day at
the cost of Muslims particularly in Pakistan.
 Similarly is the situation for the institutions controlled by
Agakhan. Unfortunately these institutions are controlled and
some affiliated to the foreign institutions mostly of Zionist
origin, and this is the reason why the Aga Khan Foundation is
provided with financial aid running in billions of rupees by
these Zionist masters.
 The net result has culminated in the form of various inroads
in to Islamic Doctrine, Law, Code of Conduct, Culture and
Civilisation. These are under constant invasion by the so
called modern institutions like Aga Khan University, Aga Khan
University Hospital. in the form of Education and Health net
works. In the rural areas in the targeted areas there are scores
of other institutions working actively to under lay the
required infrastructure.
 AGA KHAN'S   CONSTITUTION

 On 13th December, 1987, Karim Aga Khan has conferred a
Constitution governing all of his followers, all over the World.

THE AGA KHAN AND DEMOCRACY: -

 Whenever and wherever, Aga Khan has any chance to address
any dignified gathering, he depicts himself as the champion of
Democracy. This is contrary to fact so far his followers are
concerned. For his followers he is an autocratic despot.  This
is evident out of his Constitution Article No. 1.2 on page No.
7.

 Quotation: -
1.2 Mawlana Hazar Imam has the sole authority to:-
 (a): determine all questions that may arise as regards the
meaning and interpretation of any religion or Jamati tradition
or custom of the Ismailis and amend or discontinue it at any
time;
 (b): confer a constitution on the Jamat and amend or
discontinue any such constitution or any provision thereof;
 (c): determine all questions that may  arise as regards the
meaning and interpretation of any such constitution and grant
dispensation therefrom;
 (d): constitute or discontinue any body or organisation under
any such constitution and define or change its composition,
functions, jurisdiction or powers;
 (e): constitute or discontinue offices under any such
constitution, make appointments to any such office and
terminate such appointments which shall all be held at
Mawlana Hazar Imam's pleasure; and
 (f): prescribe the Rules and Regulations to be made under this
Constitution.

 To implement Aga Khan's  this authority  under this
Constitution, provision for  various Councils of  Aga Khan
have been laid down in the Constitution at various places and
of various categories.  National Council is considered as the
top most authority like a Court and this National Council has
every power to the offending followers. All these Councils are
appointed directly by the Aga Khan. In addition to this
conciliation and Arbitration Board also have been formulated
under this Constitution with wide authority. For example
Article12.1(b).

Quotation:
"...to act as an arbitration and judicial body and accordingly to
hear and adjudicate upon:
(i): commercial, business and other civil liability matters;
(ii): domestic and family matters including those relating to
matrimony, children of a marriage, matrimonial property and
testate and intestate succession; and
(iii): disciplinary action to be taken under this Constitution
and any Rules and Regulations.

 These National Councils and the Arbitration Boards have
every authority to take disciplinary action also. Under the
threat of this disciplinary action, this Constitution has
provided a vicious sort of discrimination amongst the citizens
of Pakistan; the followers of the Aga Khan are deprived of the
fundamental rights provided under the Constitution of Islamic
Republic of Pakistan.

Quotation:
Article Fourteen    DISCIPLINARY ACTION.
14.1 (c). without the permission in writing of the National
Council obtained through the Regional Council within whose
jurisdiction he resides, prints, publishes, or circulates any
material or makes any statement or convenes a meeting or
assembly......

 Penal provisions are also prescribed under this constitution
for the violation of the above mentioned offence under Article
14.1(c)

Article 14.5 The National Council shall hear the offender if he
appears and shall thereafter:
(a): pronounce the order of expulsion;

Article 14.6  The order of expulsion shall have binding effect
World-wide and shall be announced in all Jamatkhanas under
the jurisdiction of the National Council, provided however, the

     AGA KHAN  UNIVERSITY HOSPITAL.

01. The huge Plot of 84 acres on which Aga Khan University
and Aga Khan University Hospital has been constructed is
Amenity Plot. The Government of Pakistan donates this plot
for a very token charges. Ipso facto value of this plot runs into
several billion of rupees.

02. Aga Khan University & Hospital has raised huge money by
way of donations and funds in the name of service to
humanity but this is merely an imposture, the real position is
quite contrary. It is nothing but financial manoeuvres by the
monetary wizards with masterly dexterity.

03. Philanthropic People of Pakistan have donated more than
a billion rupees to Aga Khan University and Hospital. This is
evident from the names of donors displayed deeply engraved
on the Marble Slabs in row on the right wall as well as Pillars
on the left side, right from entrance gate of the Hospital till
the Reception / Enquiry Counter and certain other places too.

04. Millions of Dollars have been collected from outside
Pakistan from various Philanthropist Organisations.

05. Most of the equipment have been received by Donations
from Foreign Countries.

06. If comparison is made from the charges of Private
Laboratories, the Aga Khan University Hospital charges are
exorbitant as compared to other private Laboratories and the
irony is that no taxes are levied, but, all the other Laboratories
running as private enterprise are taxed heavily.

07. The services of Aga Khan University Hospital are also not
good and not of high standard as they claim. Several instances
are known to Public in general as well as Press media as to
what the Aga Khan University Hospital is doing and how
putting lime into the eyes of citizens in general and
Government of Pakistan in particular.

08. It has been found that Aga Khan University Hospital
generates enormous income. Both outdoor and hospitalised
patients are advised to undergo diagnostic tests for example:
Laboratory tests, Radiological tests and certain other
specialised and highly costly tests like various types of scans,
Ultrasound tests, X-rays. Most of these tests are not at all
justified keeping in view the history of cases. Patients
suffering from even minor ailments have to under go
numerous pathological tests. If a survey is conducted and
ratio of the positive to normal test is calculated there can
emerge into startling revelations.
 This is not justified under medical ethics. Millions of rupees
are generated daily and the irony of the facts is that all these
malpractice are carried out in the name of relief to the
humanity from pain and disease.  When the tests are
medically advised to a suffering patient, he is a non-technical
person and he considers these tests absolutely necessary and
compulsive.

09. Keeping in view the average income of the people, it is
astonishing to learn that 98% of the population cannot afford
these tests and high cost of treatment. There are many
patients and cases where the patients and the relatives have
sold out their meagre assets: namely the ornaments worn by
the wives, other household equipment, furniture including TV
sets, Radio etc., and ending up in a sale of residential
premises and losing the meagre capital if any. This extortion
further increases the misery, pain and irreversible
psychological trauma and pushes the patients below poverty
level. Therefore, simultaneously, It is earnestly requested to
appoint a high power commission to investigate these
malpractices and inhuman means of procuring wealth, by
hook or by crook, at the cost of great injury to the families of
the patients whose future becomes very dark. It is humbly
suggested that a high power committee or Commission be
established consisting of highly placed Doctors from all the
three units of the Army, representatives of the Ministries of
Health both Federal and Provincial Governments, and
members of the Parliament, viz. National Assembly and
Provincial Assemblies.  A pro-forma should be formulated and
survey should be conducted by random sampling both from
outdoor and hospitalised patients.  As a result, the fact will
certainly reveal that out of these unethical acts and
malpractice in the shape and form of unnecessary diagnostic
tests, huge amounts of incomes are generated and strict
secrecy shrouds over the facts where all these money go. This
is required to be also meticulously cudgelled by the panel of
very senior Customs, Income-tax, Karachi Metropolitan
Corporation Officers and related agencies to apply brakes and
to recover taxes inclusive of arrears as Land Revenue. The
protocol signed by the Government of Pakistan must be
annulled.

10. Welfare Department in the Hospital is also exercising
discrimination. The Zakat is collected from Muslim Citizens of
Pakistan and abroad, while these funds are utilised in majority
of cases on the choicest and selected Ismailis that is a glaring
discrimination.  It is also a debatable question whether Zakat
money can be utilised for the benefit of Ismailis in view of the
fact that most of the Ulema-e-Deen of all over the world, do
not consider Ismailis as Muslims. This can lead to Sectarian
conflict. Chitral Sectarian bloody conflict is the best and
connected example, which is widely known and famous to all
the citizens of Pakistan.

11.  Discrimination is also exercised while recruiting
personnel.  The top management is favouring only selected
and choicest Ismailis.  Others are neglected.  Service contracts
of Non-Ismailis are not renewed in most of the cases. This is a
glaring discrimination violating the Constitution of Islamic
Republic of Pakistan.

12. According to University, they are entitled to secure 60%
of the Seats to the discretion of the University and here also
open discrimination is underway.  In the Admission Policy
only selected and choicest Ismailis, the followers of Aga Khan
stand at advantage, this is gross discrimination.

13. I submit here a glaring example of discrimination. One
lady candidate for admission in M.B.B.S. classes, named
Ayesha, had secured position in the examinations of Board of
Secondary Education. She was openly discriminated and not
granted admission because of her name AYESHA that exhibits
her staunch Sunni faith. This Sunny faith is followed by more
than 95% of the population in Pakistan. Such discriminatory
policy can lead to Sectarian conflicts. Deprivation of the
worthy students and lope-sided development of the choicest
and selected followers of Aga Khan Ismaili community can
result into Sectarian conflict and create apartheid.

14. Aga Khan University Hospital is also trying to infiltrate
into the Health Services of Pakistan both on Central and
Provincial level by way of their so-called superior education in
the field of medicine. This also can result into grave
discrimination and violations. For this purpose, selected
batches of student graduates of this University are under
training in USA this batch consists of mostly the followers of
Aga Khan.

15. Out of their self-conceived Intelligence quotient tests,
aptitude tests, The Aga Khan University discriminates
Muslims. It his devised a system of intelligence quotient tests,
aptitude tests. There by the Aga Khan Ismaili candidates are
at special favourable bias.

16. As the name of Aga Khan University and Aga Khan
University Hospital suggests that Aga Khan has contributed to
the total cost of this Hospital is very far from truth on the
following grounds:-

(a): Funds were raised from Ismailis, both within and outside
Pakistan and every member of the community was supposed
to donate a ton of Iron bars or at least ten bags of cement
besides donation in cash.

(b): Millions of rupees have been collected by way of donations
and Charity from the well to do philanthropic NGOs and
Muslim citizens of Pakistan.

(c): Aga Khan Foundation has collected millions of Dollars
from the philanthropic institutions, Governmental as well as
Non Governmental Institutions from the various Western
Countries. for the perusal of the details an annexe marked as
Financial Support is submitted here with. .

(d): Most of the equipment is donated to the Aga Khan
University Hospital by the Hospitals of Western Countries and
philanthropic institutions. Hospitals of Western countries
while modernising, donate away their obsolete equipment to
under developed countries. AKUH has taken full advantage by
its better connections with international Zionist organisations.

(e): All the said huge funds so collected stand as Collateral
Securities.  The Aga Khan Foundation has also worked out an
innovation, for example through syndicated loan structures,
with international banking consortia to launch major capital
projects such as the construction of the Aga Khan University
and  Hospital in Karachi.

(f): It is said that the Hospital was constructed and equipped
with three billions of Rupees which is a gross exaggeration. If
proper and meticulous investigations are conducted the cost
cannot go more than One Billion rupees, because, 84 Acres of
Land was provided by the Government of Pakistan at a very
nominal value.

(g): Agakhan University Hospital laboratory service and other
Medical diagnostic service are available to patients at a very
high cost as compared to the Private Hospitals and
Laboratories or any other Laboratories or Hospitals whether
Governmental, Military or Civil, the charges comparatively are
very high.

(h): It is an irony of fact that this malevolent and mischievous
machination results into the Loss of crores of rupees to the
National Exchequer. Taxes are not paid. This huge income
escapes taxes. All the private institutions and hospitals
providing better services with better equipment are the
victims of the tax axe. This a grave discrimination and open
violation of the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

(i): Aga Khan Hospital, Aga Khan University is under the
control of Aga Khan Foundation. Under the protocol signed by
the Government of Pakistan and Aga Khan Foundation, the
huge income of the hospital is exempted from taxes. All the
indigenous medical institutions are taxable. If this is not
discrimination than what is it?

(j)     Foreign Exchange loss to The National Exchequer is also
gigantic. The debt servicing payment in foreign exchange by
the Aga Khan Hospital runs into millions of Dollars every year.
As this hospital has been constructed out of the borrowed
funds provided by the Zionist Monetary institutions of the
West. Then the question arises where all the donations
collected have gone?

(k): Crewel Hospital London is the world's  famous and costly
Hospital wherein the entire World's famous specialised doctors
are available. There are Luxury patients' rooms like Suites of
Five Star Hotels including visitors' rooms. But their high
charges too are still on the lower side as compared to Aga
Khan University Hospital taking in view the per capita income
of an average citizen of Pakistan as compared to per capita
income of an average citizen of UK. That hospital has also not
been exempted from the levy of any of the taxes then why this
Aga Khan University Hospital is availing total exemption from
Customs duties, Income-tax, Wealth-Tax, Octroi Tax and other
taxes etc. The protocol under which the taxes are exempted
should be withdrawn.

(l): Exemption from Customs Duties :-  It will not be out of
place to point out here that Cars, Computers, TV  Sets,
Telephone Sets and other such imported items have been
cleared without the payment of Custom duties. On the
strength of the protocol agreed upon by the Government of
Pakistan Exemption / Special Exemption are invoked for
Customs duties. If proper perusal of these exempted goods is
taken up by the Customs higher authorities, it will be revealed
that these articles are not traceable in the hospital. The only
conclusion that can be arrived at is that these articles are sold
in the market when ipso-facto these were not at all required or
meant to be sold in the market. In this way also Aga Khan
University Hospital has grossly misused the special exemption
of customs duties granted to this hospital, by the Government
of Pakistan.

(m): Since Aga Khan University Hospital is the institution
which is running on commercial basis and the institutions
which are running on commercial basis are not at all entitled
for any exemptions from the levy of customs duties,
Income-Tax, Wealth-Tax, Octroi duties and other taxes under
the existing laws of the country as such these exemptions may
be withdrawn with immediate effect which will be more
beneficial for the country when our country in question is
passing through a great financial stringency and every penny
saved for the country will be utilised for development
projects.

(l): Exemption from  Octroi Taxes :- The K.M.C. authorities
have also written to the Government very strongly for
immediate withdrawal of Octroi Exemption facilities to this
Hospital which has also appeared in the largest circulated
Dailies namely the Daily Jang, and Jasarat, and several other
newspapers have provided proper coverage about the grave
negligence, open loot and poor services and malpractice of this
Hospital.

(m) Income-Tax Exemption :- The management of Aga Khan
University Hospital has been able to secure Exemption from
the Central Board of Revenue, Islamabad, on the plea that the
concerned Hospital is running as No Profit - No Loss basis.
This is not true. This Hospital recovers very high charges as
compared to other hospitals running on commercial basis
under private enterprise. This huge hidden income, many
irregularities by way of manipulated accounts can be revealed
if proper auditing is carried out by the senior taxation
authorities. In depth investigation can reveal these facts that
this hospital is charging the highest charges in Pakistan as
compared to other private hospitals. In the light of these facts
there can be no iota of any justification for this hospital whose
imposture is no-profit, no-loss basis.

(n)  Patients' file records are also concealed to avoid legal
complications and implications. As a result no patient can
have any evidence regarding the negligence during the
treatment and duplication of these already high fees regarding
the diagnostic investigations. viz. Laboratory tests,
Radiological, Ultrasounds, E K G, E G, and other specialised
diagnostic methods, quantity and quality of medicines used
and other service charges. If any details are maintained by the
patient, these details are bound to differ with the records of
the hospital. Every thing is kept in the computers for the sole
purpose of manipulating the records at any time and at any
stage. Documentation is practically negligible including
financial accounts and expenditures.

(o) Blood  Bank  and  Blood  Business :-  Aga Khan University
Hospital, being one of the largest institution, requires Blood
Bank services. The Aga Khan University Hospital has
transformed this humanitarian emergency into money making
business. :-
(i) Hospital collects blood free of any payment.
(ii)  Hospital charges heavily for the blood and blood
transfusion services. These charges are very high as compared
to other private commercialised hospitals.
(iii) Fatimid Blood Transfusion Services, a sister concern of
Agakhan University Hospital has opened its cell / chapter in
this Hospital.
(iv) Fatimid Blood Transfusion Service claims that free blood
is provided, which is not correct. Blood collected by these
Fatimids gets its way into the Aga Khan Hospital which sells
at a very high price to the needy patient in medical
emergencies.
(v)  Blood from the Fatimid Blood Transfusion Service is
mostly not the whole blood but various ingredients are
separated viz. Packed red cells, plasma, serum, and certain
globulins and albumin, all these are sold at very high price by
the Agakhan University Hospital, what an ingenious way to
fleece the innocent and unwary suffering patients.
(vi) Lions Club has also a chapter cell in this hospital with
mobile collection services. A considerable big quantity of
blood is collected by this club and is transferred to this
hospital free of charge but the Aga Khan University Hospital
sells the same at a very high price.

This is how this Blood Bank 's Bloody Business swells the
coffers of Agakhan University Hospital in Collusion with the
Fatimids Blood Transfusion Services and the Lions Club.
